A Message from our CEO to Customers: An Update on COVID-19

As the COVID-19 (or novel coronavirus) pandemic unfolds, we are all faced with uncertainty and concern.  At Deflecto, the safety of our employees, vendor partners, customers, and communities is paramount. We remain poised as one team to work together and stand by each other during this difficult time.

Serving our Customers

We are closely monitoring the potential impact the COVID-19 may have on our business and employees. At this time, we have not received any indication of disruptions to either our workplace or customer service levels; however, we will follow all proper protocols should circumstances change. We will continue to make decisions based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local and national health officials.

  • Our operations are currently running and orders are being processed and shipped. We are in strict adherence to CDC guidelines to keep our operations personnel safe.
  • The company business meets the definition of an essential business under the currently available exceptions from the shelter-in-place and business closure orders happening in many states.
  • Our supply chain is operational.
  • Customer service hours and response times remain unchanged. Business continuity plans are in place so that they may connect with you regardless of their working location.

As we monitor the situation and respond to any government requirements or supply chain issues, we will keep our valued customers and business partners informed of any changes.

Supporting our Employees

All CDC and WHO recommended procedures and policies are currently in place to protect the health of our employees. While all work travel and events are canceled, we remain committed to our purpose and to serving our customers while ensuring the safety of our employees.
