Sr Corporate Accountant

Job Summary
This role will provide support to both the corporate environment and individual businesses through leading of the annual
audit process, Balance sheet reviews & reconciliations, assist with tax compliance/reporting, prepare ad-hoc financial
analysis and other business or non-accounting/financial related activities. Position will also cross-train to be fully capable as
backup on the Oracle FCCS platform.


Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead annual financial audit process; from interim planning/fieldwork to follow-up with external auditors &
Controllers through preliminary audited financials
• Conduct monthly review of divisions’ Balance Sheet trial balances and reconciliations
o Will require quarterly travel to divisions on rotating basis
o Prepare list of Balance Sheet Risks & Opportunities
• Prepare ad-hoc financial and accounting based reports / analysis
• Become fully trained on Oracle FCCS application; for backup purposes
• Manage go-forward ASC842 lease reporting
• Internal lead for accounting / financial support to Beemak Plastics Inc. business
• Quarterly / annual compliance & reporting requests from external tax firm
• Assist with review of accounting & financial processes; by learning divisions’ accounting platform and corporate
functions, to then provide assistance on issues and/or offer recommendations for improvement
• Other responsibilities as needed by the business; that may be more business or operational based

Qualifications and/or Skills Required
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; with professional designation preferred
• 7+ years in corporate and/or multi-entity environment; preference for manufacturing and/or distribution business
• Full & proven understanding of US GAAP
• Direct experience working with or leading annual financial audit and working with external audit firm
• Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively with various levels of employees and with internal teams
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Work well in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel 2x/quarter
